Drop your tear-off entry at The Galleria. You can grab the entry form from the Central Coast Sun Newspaper or pick up a form from any Galleria retailer

Take a photo at the giant wine barrel at The Galleria, and then post it on social media, tagging @galleriaettalongbeach on Facebook or @galleria_ettalongbeach on Instagram, and share with friends.

“Eureka! You’ve Struck GOLD at The Galleria” Promotion

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Galleria, Ettalong Beach in conjunction with participating sponsors.

2. Promotion Period

Entries open on Tuesday, 16 December 2025 and close at 5:00 PM AEDT on Monday, 26 January 2026. The draw will take place on Monday, 26 January 2026 at The Galleria, Ettalong Beach.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter or sponsors are ineligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter up to three ways:

  1. Scan & Register
    • Scan the QR code in the newspaper or promotional material.
    • Complete the online registration and follow Coastal Hatters on social media.
  2. Visit & Enter
    • Submit the tear-off entry form at The Galleria or collect and complete an entry form in person.
  3. Snap & Share
    • Take a photo at the giant wine barrel at The Galleria.
    • Post it on social media, tagging @galleriaettalongbeach on Facebook or @galleria_ettalongbeach on Instagram, and share with friends.

5. Entry Conditions

  • Each method counts as an additional entry linked to the same participant.
  • The Scan & Register entry is the primary entry for the draw.
  • If the drawn winner also completed Visit & Enter, they win the bonus prize.
  • If they also completed Snap & Share, they win the mega bonus prize.
  • To qualify for multiple prizes, all entry methods must be completed before the draw.

7. Draw & Notification

  • Two winners will be drawn randomly from eligible Scan & Register entries.
  • Winners will be notified via phone/email within 48 hours and announced on The Galleria, Ettalong Beach's social media.

8. General Conditions

  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries.
  • By entering, participants consent to their name and photo being used for promotional purposes.
  • The promoter is not responsible for technical issues or lost entries.
