Returns for Defective Items Only
We accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase and photos of the defect must be provided.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hatteris@coastalhatters.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- Our team will assess your request and provide instructions for returning the item if approved.
Important Notes
- No exchanges are offered at this time.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear.
- Return shipping costs for approved defective items will be covered by Coastal Hatters.
